Researchers at the division of Media and Information Technology participate in many collaborative projects and networks. Information about some of these intitiatives can be found below.
C-research at Visualization Center C
The Visualization Center C in Norrköping is a meeting place about visualization, and C-research is the part of the center that conduct research. It consist of research groups at Media and Information Technology involved in visualization research. The Visualization Center C is the result of a close collaboration between the Municipality of Norrköping, Linköping University, Norrköping Science Park and Interactive Institute.

Center for Medical Image Science and Visualization - CMIV
CMIV is a multidisciplinary research center initiated by Linköping University, the County council of Östergötland and Sectra AB. The research aims to provide solutions to tomorrow’s clinical issues. The mission is to develop future methods and tools for image analysis and visualization for applications within health care and medical research.
National Center for Visual Analytics - NCVA
NCVA was initiated as part of the Swedish Knowledge Foundation's (KK-Stiftelsen) Visualization Program, and involves collaboration between Linköping University and several industrial and government partners. The mission of NCVA is to develop, enhance and transfer advanced methods, tools and applications in Visual Analytics and Geovisual Analytics.
Control, Autonomy, and Decision-making in Complex Systems - CADICS
CADICS is a Linnaeus Center at Linköping University, funded by the Swedish Research Council. It involves collaboration between five research groups from different departments.
Exellence Center at Linköping-Lund in Information Technology - ELLIIT
ELLIIT is a network organization for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) research at Linköping, Lund, Halmstad and Blekinge. Organized within the Swedish government's strategic research support initiative, it has been created to support and enhance an internationally acknowledged research environment in these areas.
Swedish e-Science Research Center - SeRC
SeRC is a collaboration between KTH, Linköping University, Stockholm University and Karolinska Institutet. It centers around the two largest high-performance computing (HPC) centres in Sweden: PDC at KTH and NSC at Linköping University. The research is focused on the collaboration between research teams with expertise in e-Science method development and leading scientists in selected application areas.
National Supercomputer Centre - NSC
NSC at Linköping University provides high performance computing resources and support.
