Teddy/2 - a nice teddy bear for your OS/2 desktops.
Version 1.00 for OS/2 Warp, released in July 1997.

Description

Teddy/2 is a nice little bear for your OS/2 desktop. Teddy/2, normally, just
sits doing nothing. You can move teddy/2 with the mouse by pointing at him
and dragging him around. When clicked upon, he will pop up on top of all
other windows. If you type "q" on him, he will be tucked away in the file
system until you need him next time.

Teddy/2 is based on xteddy for X-Window. Xteddy was originally made
by Stefan Gustavson, ISY-LiTH, 1994 (email address: stefang@itn.liu.se).
Until now xteddy is better repainted under X-Window.

Installation

To run teddy/2 uncompress archive TEDDY2.ZIP in a directory of your choice
(probably you have just done this if you are reading this document) and
execute teddy/2 with a double click on his icon (a little bear) or just type
"teddy2" at command prompt (if the current directory is the directory where
teddy/2 is saved or if the little bear is stored in a directory pointed by
PATH environment variable).
You don't need nothing else to view your teddy/2, and teddy/2 don't use
system INI files.

In this archive I enclose the following files:

    * file_id.diz - a short description;
    * teddy2.exe  - our teddy/2;
    * teddy2.txt  - that one that you are just reading;

The only file that teddy/2 need is "teddy2.xrs", in this file our friend
save his last position on screen. If file teddy2.xrs does not exit, teddy/2
will create a new one.

Remember to move teddy/2 slowly, it don't like speed.

Uninstallation

This task is very simple, just delete the four files: teddy2.exe, teddy2.txt,
file_id.diz, and teddy2.xrs (if exist). That's all.

Options

Teddy/2 may be executed with one or more of the following options:

	-f = the little bear will be displayed in full colors;
	-l = the little bear will be displayed in system colors;
	-g = the little bear will be displayed in gray scale;
	-p = don't save his last position on screen;
